Factory-Wide Health Monitoring and Automated Decision Making

Multi-variate techniques for the diagnosing of data associations and anomalies support engineers in defining and adapting health diagnostic models.

Automated decision making is made possible by the integrated real-time expert system framework. The most time-consuming task when using such expert systems is defining the rules. To alleviate this task the expert system is closely integrated with the data processing and diagnostics engine of the product.

Due to the open architecture automated decision making leads to the definition of out of control action plans (OCAP) which interact with any application in the environment (e.g. MES, Alarm System, Equipment Integration etc.).
